We provide two medical plan options to help you and your family stay healthy.  Coverage includes preventive care, doctor visits, prescriptions, and major medical services.

Our dental coverage helps maintain your oral health, including routine exams, cleanings, and major dental procedures.

Vision Insurance

Vision benefits include coverage for eye exams, glasses and contact lenses to support your overall wellness.

Life Insurance

We offer employer-paid life insurance to provide financial protection and peace of mind for you and your loved ones.  Additional voluntary coverage options are also available.

Long-Term Disability

Our long-term disability plan provides income protection in the event of a serious illness or injury that prevents you from working for an extended period.

401(k) Retirement Plan

Employees are eligible to participate in our 401(k) plan to save for retirement.  We offer a company match to help you grow your retirement savings and plan confidently for the future.

Paid Time Off (PTO)

Employees receive paid time off that can be used for vacation, personal time, or illness.  PTO accrual increases with years of service.

Holiday Pay

We have eleven paid holidays throughout the year so employees can spend time with family and friends and recharge.
