Beginning June 15th, lobbies at all of our Bank of the Valley locations will be open for business. For those of you visiting us, you will notice new measures in place to help safeguard our employees and customers. We ask that you continue to practice safe social distancing, and utilize our Online and Mobile Banking features if you do not feel well enough to visit our locations.  

BANK OF THE VALLEY RETURNS TO REGULAR HOURS OF OPERATION JUNE 15TH:

Bellwood: 8am-5pm (drive thru and lobby)
David City: 8am-4pm (lobby) | 8am-5pm (drive thru)
Platte Center: 8am-5pm (drive thru and lobby)
Columbus: 9am-4:30pm (lobby) | 7:30am-6pm (drive thru)
Humphrey: 8am-4pm (lobby) | 8am-5pm (drive thru)

Our Bellwood and David City Branch lobbies will be opening June 1st. Our Platte Center, Columbus, and Humphrey Branch lobbies will continue to be closed until further notice. YOUR ECONOMIC IMPACT PAYMENT (EIP) CARD: Your Economic Impact Payment Card contains the money you are receiving as a result of the Coronavirus Aid Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES Act). The EIP Card is sponsored by the Treasury Department's Bureau of the Fiscal Service as part of the US Debit Card Program.  You received this card because you are eligible for an Economic Impact Payment and the IRS does not have your bank account information. 

SETTING UP YOUR EIP CARD: Call 1.800.240.8100 (TTY: 1.800.241.9100). During activation, you will be asked to validate your identity by providing, at minimum, your name, address, and social security number. You will also be asked to create a 4-digit PIN required for ATM transactions and automated assistance and to hear your balance. For your Account security, do not use personal information as your PIN. For cards with more than one name, only the primary Cardholder (listed first on the Card) may activate the card. 

USING YOUR EIP CARD: You can use your Card securely and without a fee to make purchases anywhere VIsa Debit Cards are accepted - in stores, online or over the phone. You can also use your EIP Card to pay bills, get cash back with a PIN debit purchase (where available), and get cash from an in-Network ATMs Nationwide that carry the AllPoint brand. You can also tranfer the funds to your Bank account. 

ATM USE: To find surcharge-free in-network ATMs, use the ATM locator found at EIPCard.com. You can use your Card to withdraw cash from ATMs. Out-of-Network ATMs will incur a small fee.

Bank of the Valley’s Branch locations continue to be open for business during this time, and our lobbies remain CLOSED until further notice.

Our drive-thrus remain open during regular business hours.

All drive thru hours of operation remain the same, with the exception of our Columbus Branch Location, which will close at 5:00pm until further notice.
